Welcome to Killarney’s Restaurant and Irish Pub, Temecula’s first authentic Irish pub.  Our main criteria for employment is honesty, loyalty, a desire to be successful and a willingness to have fun.

 Killarney’s is family owned and operated by a group of outgoing individuals that share a passion for the warm loving atmosphere that is only found in a traditional Irish pub.  This atmosphere that we feel so strongly about, and one that we are sure Temecula is ready to fall in love with, cannot happen without an extraordinary team.  We have set in place a highly competitive employee benefit package along with good starting pay.  A team is only as strong as its weakest link, so we must have a knowledgeable outgoing group of individuals from top to bottom that are striving to make each visit to Killarney’s a memorable one.  As a team member, our employees will be expected to help those below them and push those above them.  This concept is driven by management and owners alike listening to the ideas of its employees regarding the daily operations of the Pub.  We can not do it alone and the success hinges on the sharing of responsibilities throughout the entire organization.
